02. TECHNOLOGY ROADMAP
INFIFORCE’s technology roadmap revolves around “Embodied Brain + Full‑stack AI Infra”. On the model side, it builds an embodied intelligence brain centered on continuously learning VLA, causal world models, and tactile modalities. On the engineering side, it establishes an AI Infra system covering data collection, simulation generation, model training, evaluation and deployment, and real-world feedback, forming a sustainable iteration data and model flywheel.
Pillar 1: Tactile‑Enhanced Embodied Brain
Led by Chief Scientist Chen Jiayu, INFIFORCE self-develops continuously learning VLA multimodal models and causal world fusion models, and further introduces tactile modalities to build a VTLA technical path oriented to real physical interaction — an integrated “Vision‑Tactile‑Language‑Action” model system.
The continuously learning VLA model handles visual perception, language understanding, task planning, and action generation, enabling end‑to‑end capability from environment recognition to task execution. The tactile modality compensates for blind spots of pure vision during real contact, allowing the robot to perceive contact state, force changes, object slippage, and manipulation feedback. The causal world model is used to reason about future states and possible consequences of candidate actions in latent space.
By integrating VLA, tactile modalities, and causal world models, the robot not only “sees, understands, and acts” but also continuously learns causal relationships between “action, contact, and outcome”, thereby improving stability, safety, and generalization in tasks such as fine grasping, flexible object handling, complex sorting, industrial assembly, and home service.
Pillar 2: Full‑stack AI Infra
Led by CTO Wang Yizhou, INFIFORCE builds a full‑stack AI Infra system that introduces mature data闭环, simulation training, automated training pipelines, and engineering evaluation methods from the autonomous driving industry into embodied intelligence, supporting continuous evolution of the embodied brain.
On the data collection side, INFIFORCE uses an ego‑centric collection paradigm based on UMI + Head Camera, and further explores new multimodal data collection devices such as tactile gloves, converting visual trajectories, hand actions, contact pressure, slip feedback, and operation results from human manipulation into collectible, trainable, and reproducible data assets, improving data production efficiency for long‑horizon complex tasks and fine manipulation tasks.
On the simulation generation side, INFIFORCE advances large‑scale Real2Sim simulation scenarios and interactive object generation through the collaboration of world models, reconstruction models, and VLM multimodal models, and further explores simulation modeling of tactile feedback, contact relationships, and physical interaction processes, continuously expanding the breadth, depth, and physical realism of training data.
On the model training side, INFIFORCE establishes a Training Recipe system for the embodied brain, continuously generating, evaluating, and iterating model capabilities in a pipeline manner, ensuring traceable data and model lineage, reproducible training processes, and verifiable model results. At the same time, the company draws on the autonomous driving Data Engine methodology to form a data closed‑loop flywheel covering “vision‑tactile‑language‑action”, enabling robots to learn in virtual worlds and evolve in the real world.
03. CORE STRATEGY
INFIFORCE adheres to the core strategy of “One Brain, Multiple Bodies, Multiple Scenarios”.
One Brain: building a unified embodied brain through continuously learning VLA, causal world models, and the VTLA technical path.

04. ACADEMIC RESEARCH
INFIFORCE adheres to research‑driven technological breakthroughs and engineering validation for product deployment, continuously building a chain of technical evidence for the embodied brain.
In 2025, INFIFORCE established the INFIFORCE Embodied Intelligence Research Institute at Shenzhen Bay Science and Technology Innovation Park, led by Chief Scientist Professor Chen Jiayu, focusing on embodied brains, world models, continuous learning, tactile enhancement, and fine manipulation.
To date, INFIFORCE has collaborated with global research forces including HKU, Tsinghua, CMU, EPFL, and Zhejiang University, producing 12 high‑level academic papers, many of which have been accepted at top conferences and journals such as ICLR, AAAI, and IEEE TPAMI, covering key directions in embodied intelligence including world models, robust decision‑making, causal reasoning, cross‑domain generalization, high‑dimensional motion control, continuous learning, and end‑to‑end robot learning, supporting INFIFORCE’s technical roadmap from perception, decision‑making, and execution to autonomous evolution.

3. UltraDroid Series
An innovative humanoid robot product line for high‑risk, high‑intensity, high‑threshold operational scenarios, focusing on 3D scenarios (Dirty, Dangerous, Dull), emphasizing strong environmental adaptability, stable execution capability, and complex task capability, further expanding the capability boundaries of robots entering industrial real‑world scenarios.
4. FORCE Series
Positioning: Vertical‑scenario embodied intelligence solutions and commercialization pioneers
Dedicated robot solutions for vertical scenarios, focusing on high‑frequency, essential, scalable real‑world application scenarios. The FORCE series has completed commercial validation and scenario deployment, demonstrating INFIFORCE’s ability to rapidly transform embodied intelligence capabilities into scenario value and commercial value.

06. MARKET IMPACT
